Default Nerfs of Particular Interest

Inspired by Warskull's buff thread.

Feigned Neutrality: can no longer be kept up permanently on E/A

Blinding Surge: Ouch. Just. Ouch.

Searing Flames: a single SF ele is now a lot less effective because he can only trigger the damage once every 2 SF's

Spiritual Pain: Not the spike nuke it was anymore which is a goof thing, but I can see hardly any use for it now.

Divert Hexes: VERY vulnerable to interrupts now.

Shield of Absorption: Impossible to get it off under dazed now.

Spoil Victor: looks balanced now.

Rampage as One: Almost twice as energy heavy now. And it wasn't light to begin with.

You're All Alone: this will still be playable I think

Avatar of Grenth ... Oh wait... nevermind.

Reapers Mark: Don't really see how that even effected anything.

The nerf on Divert Hexes is a bit to much i'm afraid.
If it would take a nerf, remove the condition removal, but keep it 1sec cast imo.

It's one of the best defenses against heavy hex builds, which were considerable strong to begin with.
